Wire electrical discharge machining (Wire EDM) service is providing in our center. It's X axis is 400mm and Y axis is 300mm. For hard materials, we used to cut them by grinding wheel or diamond tools, but it couldn't reach good result. Flat surface can be got by WEDN, and thin test chip of which thickness is about 0.3mm can be produced. WEDN is a good choice for making hard and thin test chips. It should be noted that the material should be electroconductive.
